 Happy 七夕! Everyone! Every darling!
About 8 hours a day standing in the lobby... Smile, say hello and answer many questions to guests... However, I like to observe everything around, especially I like to observe people from different countries and colors when I patrol in the lobby, and they gave me the different feeling when I answer questions for them... Some people are very friendly, polite; the other have bad behavior... This is the Hotel service industry, you can meet all kinds of people...
