The first day in Guangzhou

    This trip in Guangzhou from 11th to 18th, April, and really thank you my best friend Jiaxin Man for inviting me to visit there.

                             No seat! About 14 hours by train from Liuzhou to Guangzhou.

    Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street is located in the Liwan district of Guangzhou (commonly known as the West off) of the nine way, the next 9 Road, the 10th-fu Road, is a wide pedestrian street signs Shangxiajiu three major construction boom city business centers, renowned at home and abroad.
                   

    I appreciated my best friend Jiaxin Man and  kind hospitality of  her parents during the time I stayed in GZ. 

 

 

Daxu Ancient Town, A Quiet and Rural Town in Guilin, China

   Same time(November 23rd, 2012), I went to Daxu with my friends. As you know, I like Ancient Town very much.
   Daxu Ancient Town is situated at the east bank of the Li River, 23 km (14.3 miles) southeast of Guilin City. Having a history of more than 1000 years, the town originally formed in the early Northern Song Dynasty (960-1126) and was the leader of four renowned ancient towns in Guangxi Province as early as 600 years ago.

   Haiyang Village is a good place to see hundreds of golden ginkgo trees in Guilin. my friends and I went to take photos of ginkgo trees on November 23rd, 2012. Well, I will tell you that the best time to take photo the yellow ginkgo trees in Haiyang is November.

It's me ?

  When I was walking in the afternoon, two girls came in and said, dear sister, could we help you to draw a caricature? This was masterpiece they drew to me. Of course they have a great talent on painting. Good job:)

                                                    

Macadamia nut

    Macadamia is a genus of nine species of flowering plants in the family Proteaceae, with a disjunct distribution native to eastern Australia (seven species), New Caledonia (one species M. neurophylla) and Sulawesi in Indonesia (one species, M. hildebrandii).
  They are small to large evergreen trees growing to 2–12 m tall. The leaves are arranged in whorls of three to six, lanceolate to obovate or elliptical in shape, 6–30 cm long and 2–13 cm broad, with an entire or spiny-serrated margin. The flowers are produced in a long, slender, simple raceme 5–30 cm long, the individual flowers 10–15 mm long, white to pink or purple, with four tepals. The fruit is a very hard, woody, globose follicle with a pointed apex, containing one or two seeds.
