Best food for women

You know, Dysmenorrhea is so terrible for some female when their menstrual period(including me). It has been found that these food you'll see can relieve pain, so you can try it:)

Materials: crystal sugar(冰糖);  barbary wolfberry fruit(枸杞); dried longan(桂圆肉);American ginseng(西洋参); egg(鸡蛋); lard(猪油); water(水).



                                                              stew them about 20 minutes.
